Just like last year, we're all set to celebrate the bountiful harvest at the Skyfarm, promising an unforgettable farm-to-table fine dining experience. The past year has been nothing short of phenomenal for the Skyfarm! Since our last gala, we've accomplished some incredible feats. We've navigated through four challenging growing seasons, achieving greater production than ever before. Our educational program with the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department has taken flight. We've introduced two weekly Open Farm Days, offering free food lessons and a HOU-Pick community harvest. We've also adorned the farm with interpretive signage to guide visitors to a free, public educational portal. Not to mention, we've welcomed hundreds more Houstonians to the Skyfarm for enlightening tours and community service opportunities. But this is only the beginning.
